I have written two complete books of recipes - Soups and Stews, which will be available from October and Sophie Conran’s Pies, both published by Harper Collins. I have also contributed to other charity books. Two of my favourite ones are Soup Kitchen which supported homeless charities including the Salvation Army and Centrepoint; and A Fair Feast, supporting Make Poverty History. Both were published in 2005 and were best sellers. All books are available on Amazon and other good retailers.
