I have written two complete books of recipes - Soups and Stews and Sophie Conran’s Pies, both published by Harper Collins. I have also contributed to other charity books. Two of my favourite ones are Soup Kitchen which supported homeless charities including the Salvation Army and Centrepoint; and A Fair Feast, supporting Make Poverty History. Both were published in 2005 and were best sellers. In 2010 I have contributed a recipe to Midnight Feasts, a charming recipe book in aid of Springboard for Children, a charity making a huge difference to the lives of young children living in disadvantaged areas of London.
