Soups and Stews is my second book and was just launched in October 2008. It is full of over 100 different recipes and also contains dozens of gorgeous photos all taken by the amazing photographer David Loftus, who also did the photography for my last book. I had a great time writing this book and am really pleased that so many fabulous and famous people have contributed recipes, including Jean-Christophe Novelli, Anthony Worrell Thompson and Richard Corrigan. ‘Soups and Stews’ is published by Collins.
