"One thing about me is that I have been known to abandon my tools in the garden as I rush off to do something else, leaving them at the mercy of the elements. My secateurs are made from a special stainless steel, making them outstanding for cutting as well as being resistant to rust," says Sophie. These secateurs are smaller than the usual secateurs so they will fit perfectly in your hand or pocket. A simple brass lock keeps the blades safely closed when not in use.

Preorder products take a little longer to get to you as they are on their way to us from artisans from all over the world and are often hand made. For exact details of when to expect your preorder product please look at the about section.
Normally we will delivery your order when all the items in your order are available to dispatch. However if you would prefer not to wait for preorder items alternative arrangements can be made by contacting our friendly Customer Services Team.
Please note that delivery times and costs do not apply to furniture, which can vary by item with lead times up to 12 weeks. When you purchase a furniture item our lovely Customer Services Team will be in touch with you directly to confirm the exact date and price for the delivery of your item.
Returns: All sales items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. All full-priced items are refundable and exchangeable if they are returned in pristine condition. We offer a no quibbles return policy within 14 days of delivery for standard furniture items. Delivery, collection costs and a restocking fee of £50 or 10% of the value of the order (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund. For special order furniture products, no returns are offered.
