All delivery charges are subject to change should the weight or size of the parcel require further postage to be paid. Our Customer Service Team will contact you before despatching your parcel should this be the case.
Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure the delivery address is correct including the postcode, any further instructions if needed and a safe location to leave the parcel. Please also check your order confirmation as we will have to charge an additional fee should the parcel be despatched with an incorect address on.
Please note once an item has been left at the designated safe location we cannot be held responsible for the your parcel.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, incorrect address details being provided, major roadworks or road closures and force majeure.

The price of sending any order overseas is dependant on both the size and weight of the parcel. All delivery charges are subject to change, our Customer Service Team will contact you before despatching should this be the case. All prices charged are in GBP.
Deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
Part Shipment of an Order
Please note that if an item which is out of stock, but is due to arrive in the warehouse within 2 working days, your order will be held back so that we can despatch together.
The postage charge will only be taken once, even if your order is part shipped due to an item being back-ordered.
Items not received
If you contact us to say that you have not received your order we will investigate the issue with our designated courier and will get back to you within 2 working days.
Items damaged in transit
Although every effort is taken to ensure our parcels are well-packed when they leave our warehouse accidents occasionally happen. If you receive damaged or broken items please contact us within eight working days and email us photos of the damaged item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you.
Should you wish to receive a refund, the items must be returned to us in a resalable condition in all the original packaging. The item needs to be received back within twenty eight days from the day the parcel was delivered. Please note the shipping costs are non refundable.
Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be issued to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item or items we cannot stop the original purchaser from knowing.
Exchanges and Credit Notes
If an item is outside of the twenty eight day time frame, or is in a non resalable condition, a credit note may be issued at the discretion of Sophie Conran Shop and will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
If you wish to return an item for an exchange, and the original item is not damaged or faulty you will be responsible for the return postage. Please use the returns slip on the bottom of the invoice to state which item(s) your are returning and what you would like to receive in exchange.
If the exchanged item is of a lower value then the value of item/items purchased originally the refund will be issued for the difference, providing the return is made within the twenty eight day returns period. If the exchanged item is of a higher value then a member of our Customer Service Team will be in touch to take the additional payment required. Please note the shipping costs are non refundable.

International Delivery is available on certain products. Delivery is charged in accordance with the size and destination address of the order as per the delivery cost at the time of order. Returns Policy & Making Returns
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Services team on 0207 603 1522 (Monday to Thursday 10am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5pm) or by email at email@example.com so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for you.
If you wish to return an item, with the exception of personalised products, we need to receive it back into our warehouse within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We ask that you please return the items where possible with their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.
If an item is returned to us outside of the 28 day time frame or is in a non re saleable condition a credit note will be issued at the discretion of Sophie Conran Shop.
If you wish to cancel your order and return it to us, under the The Consumer Contracts, you must let us know within one working day of placing your order. This can be done by calling our Customer Services team on 0207 603 1522 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have already received your order, you will then need to return the whole order to us at your own expense. Once we receive the whole order back we will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge paid. Please note this does not apply to the personalised items which cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
