You can obtain an accurate delivery charge by providing the correct postcode at checkout. Please note that orders to these locations will be delivered within 2-3 working days and are ineligible for Next Working Day and Saturday delivery options.
International Delivery Options
We are pleased to be able to offer delivery to most countries. Please contact us to check if we can deliver to your desired location.
For an accurate quote ahead of placing your order please contact us. Alternatively you can place your order online, and delivery will be charged at the standard rate for your country. Our Customer Service Team will then obtain an accurate charge and get in touch with you to take additional payment if the amount is higher.
The charge for sending an order overseas is dependent on both the size and weight of the parcel. All delivery charges are subject to change and our Customer Service Team will contact you before despatching should this be the case. All delivery charges are in GBP.
Please note that international orders are ineligible for Next Working Day and Saturday delivery options.
Deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to provide estimates of these charges.
General Delivery Terms
All delivery charges are subject to change depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Our Customer Service Team will contact you before despatching your parcel should your order incur further delivery charges.
Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure that the delivery address is correct, including the postcode, and that you have given any further instructions and a safe location to leave the parcel, if required. After placing your order please check the details on you order confirmation and contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.
Please note that once left at the designated safe location, we cannot be held responsible for your parcel.
Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, incorrect delivery information being provided, major roadworks or road closures and force majeure.
We are delighted to be able to offer our customers the option to pre-order some items that are due to come into stock in the near future. Should you choose to pre-order an item, we will do our absolute best to keep you informed at every stage. Do contact our lovely Customer Service Team with any questions.
Part Shipment of an Order
Please note that if an out of stock item is due to arrive at our warehouse within 2 working days, your order will be held back so that we can despatch all of your items together.
The delivery charge for an order will only be applied once, even if the order is delivered in more than one part.
Items Not Received
If you contact us to say that you have not received your order we will investigate the issue with our designated courier and will get back to you within 2 working days.
Items Damaged In Transit
Although every effort is taken to ensure our parcels are well packed when they leave our warehouse, accidents do occasionally happen. If you receive a damaged or broken item then please contact us within 5 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we may ask you to provide photos of your damaged items.
